A.J. McCaul M.Sc. FRICS, F.S.C.S.I., FCIArb
Founder and Principal, Tony specialises in contracts and contractual advice, having acted in over 170 construction dispute cases as an expert witness, arbitrator, conciliator and advocate in Ireland, the U.K. and France. He is currently on the Panel of Arbitrators in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland for construction cases. He also heads the manufacturing/processing division of the company. In this capacity, he has been responsible to over €600 million of projects in the last 20 years. He has over 40 years experience as a chartered surveyor.
Liam Boylan M.Sc. FRICS, FSCSI
Liam has over 40 years experience within the construction industry. He was recently the chairman of the leading industry wide Liaison committee and provides contractual advice to our clients on a wide range of projects. Liam has acted as conciliator and expert witness in over 50 construction related disputes. He is also an accredited surveyor on historic buildings.
