A.J. McCaul M.Sc. FRICS, F.S.C.S.I., FCIArb
Founder and Managing Director, Tony specialises in contracts and contractual advice, having acted in over 110 construction dispute cases, an expert witness, arbitrator, conciliator, expert witness and advocate in Ireland, the U.K. and France.   He is currently on the Panel of Arbitrators in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland for construction cases. He also heads the manufacturing/processing division of the company. In this capacity, he has been responsible to over €600 million of projects in the last 10 years. He has over 30 years experience as a chartered surveyor.


Leonard Gildea B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS, MSCSI
Leonard is responsible for the public sector projects within McCauls, including public buildings such as libraries, court houses and health care facilities. He is also an accredited conservation surveyor. Leonard has 12 years post graduate experience and has acted as expert witness in several disputes over the last 5 years.


Daniel Kilfeather MRICS, MSCSI
Daniel is in charge of all education and residential projects including major refurbishment projects. He has 15 years experience as a quantity surveyor.  He is also an accredited conservation surveyor.


Liam Boylan FRICS, FSCSI
Liam has over 35 years experience within the construction industry. He was recently the chairman of the leading industry wide Liaison committee and provides contractual advice to our clients on a wide range of projects. Liam has acted as conciliator and expert witness in over 20 construction related disputes.


Stephen Clancy B.Sc. (Hons)
Stephen is responsible for social housing projects within McCauls servicing Local Authorities and Housing Associations.  Stephen began his career with McCauls in 2003.
